Toasted Oat Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Whiskey
  • 15ml Drambuie
  • 5ml simple syrup
  • 5 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Shortbread biscuit

Method:

Dry toast 150g rolled oats under the grill or on a stove top until fragrant and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. In a mixing tin, stir all ingredients over ice, and strain cocktail into NitroPress, adding the reserved toasted oats. Charge and dispense into rocks glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a shortbread biscuit.
